Quick answers
Can you cross-reference a filter if I only have the old part number?
Yes. Send us the number stamped on the old element, or a photo of it, and we will identify it and quote the equivalent across the brands we carry. If you have the machine make and model instead, that works too.
Do you build custom filter kits?
That is one of the things we do best. Give us your equipment list and service intervals and we will assemble every element for a service into a single labelled kit under one part number.
Do you supply anything other than filters?
We do. Alongside filtration we supply lubricants, industrial consumables, fire extinguishers, spill kits, safety signage, first aid and medical, breathalyser and drug testing equipment, UHF radios, DVR and camera systems, and specialised auto electrical components.
Where do you deliver?
We are based in Western Australia and supply customers across the state and nationally. Talk to us about freight and lead times for your location.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. Established trade customers order through our B2B portal, which gives you your pricing, order history and repeat ordering. Get in touch to have an account set up.
What are your trading hours?
We are open 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Enquiries submitted outside those hours are answered the next business day.
